Another First Nations (Canada’s terminology for aboriginal or indigenous peoples) success story is coming out of the Lillooet area as Split Rock Environmental’s reputation grows across the province of British Columbia. The company is owned by the Sekw’el’was (Cayoose Creek Band) and provides environmental monitoring and mapping services, habitat restoration, xeriscaping and propagation of native as well as sales of botanical products.
