Canada is 8th Most Valuable Nation Brand

Canada is making a name for itself on the international business stage, ranking eighth for the second consecutive year in Brand Finance’s Nations Brand 2016 Report.

While the United States is the world's most ‘valuable’ country brand, according to consultancy Brand Finance’s Nation Brands 2016 report, Singapore is the ‘strongest’ national brand, demonstrating how small countries “have the potential to punch far above their weight”, according to Sebastain Shehadi of fDiIntelligence. 

While Canada is big geographically, it is not frequently found in the same economic and investment discussions as the U.S. or other economic powerhouses like China,  Germany, Japan, and India, these back to back top-ten ranking illustrate that Canada has captured the attention of investors around the world.
